To strengthen our motivated Project Managment Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Project Management Officer for our SAP Implementation (m/f/d).
Your Role
- You support our project management team in the implementation of SAP S4/HANA across the whole division MM Board & Paper in tracking the progress of the project, steering the internal and external teams, resolving critical issues, reporting etc.
- You support the process streams (e.g. Sales, Production planning, Procurement, Controlling) in resolving critical issues and in case of escalations
- You prepare project meetings and workshops and follow-up on agreed action items
- You further develop existing project standards and tools
- You derive recommendations and create well-structured and concise decision papers for the project manager and subsequently the SteerCo (senior management)
Your Profile
- You have completed your studies in business administration, technology or similar
- You already gained min. 3 years of professional experience in an international environment
- You are experienced with managing IT projects as well as project management tools and techniques, ideally experience in PMO work for a large-scale project
- Experience with SAP would be a clear advantage
- You are a solution-oriented person with a hands-on mentality who enjoys working and traveling (50%, focus on Europe) with an international, diverse team
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English and German (C-Level)
