Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Turkish speaking Customer Service Agents (m/f/d) 20-30 hours per week to one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.

Please be aware, that for this role we can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work 20-30 hours per week in Germany.

What we offer:

  • 2500€ gross monthly salary (this salary is for a full-time position, the part-time salary depends on the working hours per week)

  • Relocation bonus up to 1500€, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin)*

Your Job is great:

  • You will be a single point of contact for advertisers and agencies (SMB) for different types of inquiries in Turkish

  • You are putting together solutions to support and expand your customer's self-serve advertising customer base

  • You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via activities such as chat, email, calling and social media messenger

  • You will demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide post-sales support for all self-service products

  • From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer advertising experience

Your skills are amazing:

  • Online Advertising Experience is a big plus

  • Prior working in service organization is desired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Fluent, verbal and written in Turkish (C1) and minimum B2 in English

  • Familiarity with social media and you are active on them

  • Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors

  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure

  • Fast learner, diligent worker

  • You are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
