Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Prague office as part of our Client Capabilities Network (CCN). You will be a part of an international EMEA Regional Research Team. The team consists of 20+ analysts focusing on a variety of business domains.
Colleagues in our global Client Capabilities Network deliver distinctive client impact through assets and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation. Our more than 7,000 client capabilities professionals across the globe work alongside our consultants to deliver change that matters to our clients. They support our consultant teams, both remotely and at client sites, in an agile and targeted way.
Further, they are core to our firm’s research and development, developing new knowledge and building and refining proprietary capabilities (e.g. assets, data sets), as well as curating, managing, and maintaining them. Our portfolio includes state-of-the-art research, asset-backed and rapid diagnostics, benchmarking, and workflow support. Our professionals have deep expertise and are able to apply a broad range of methodologies for specialized on-demand analyses.

What You'll Do
You will be supporting the team in performing a range of market research and financial analysis tasks for a range of topics and industries, learning our tools and methodology. Key focus will be on area of insurance and banking in the local market.
On a daily basis, you will perform a variety of research analyses. You will collect data, analyze them and provide final synthesis and insight via end products in the form of PowerPoint charts, written memos, and Excel models.
This position will give you the opportunity to develop business and financial knowledge, and practice work in a stimulating and professional environment. You will learn both hard skills, and soft skills, honing your problem solving and communication skills. You will receive support through on-the-job coaching and training from the dedicated colleague, senior team members and through tailored trainings.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months, with a minimum of 20 work hours per week. You might have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
Qualifications
- 3rd to 5th year full-time student of finance, accounting or economics at a Czech university
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive and passion to deliver on challenging projects
- Energetic, collaborative and pleasant personality to work with
- Proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak and English
