Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) Spanish

Due to our incredible growth, we are looking for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with Spanish and English language skills to help us create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.

In our office in Berlin and Homeoffice in Germany, 1950 employees in over 12 languages take over the communication via phone, chat or mail processing with the customers of our client.

Benefits:

  • €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000 gross annual salary.
  • Relocation bonus of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *
  • Attendance bonus €40
  • Homeoffice in Germany possible
  • Your work equipment will be provided by us.
  • 6 weeks paid training (part time after training is possible) and ongoing coaching - all online.

Responsibility :

  • Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in SPANISH
  • Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
  • Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
  • You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Experiences :

  • Online advertising experience is desirable
  • Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
  • Affinity for social media and active social media users
  • Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
