We are currently seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Sales drive business in Taiwan. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong commercial relationships with existing customers while also expanding our product range. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new opportunities through distributors, contractors, and end-users, creating a robust business development plan tailored specifically for the Taiwanese market.
Main Responsibilities:
Foster and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by crafting a targeted business development plan for Taiwan.
Oversee technical support for projects, ensuring that project requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including handling technical quotations and providing support for specific projects.
Act as a coach and trainer for customers and their technical teams, enhancing their product knowledge and expertise.
Coordinate closely with customers, the customer service team, and factories to guarantee customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, on-time delivery, and after-sales service.
Analyze market opportunities and potential threats, providing valuable feedback to the global Sales and Product Management teams to drive product development and refine the business development strategy.
Required Skills:
Hold an academic degree in Engineering, providing you with a solid technical foundation for this role.
Possess a strong drive for sales and a readiness to take on challenging business development tasks.
Demonstrate a successful track record of at least 2 years in the fire industry, showcasing your expertise and industry knowledge.
Exhibit proficiency in B-to-B sales, marketing, and business development, with a sound understanding of technical aspects.
Work effectively as a team player, capable of prioritizing opportunities and thinking strategically.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with additional language proficiency considered an advantage..
