MAIN RESPONSBILITIES
A) STAFFS
- Supervising of all staffs in providing the best patient services
- Ensure the individual performance of all staffs and foster teamwork
- Ensure the welfare of all the staffs are well taken care of
- Propose disciplinary actions to be taken when necessary
- Ensure 2-way communication between management and staffs
- Gather regular feedback from staffs regarding all kinds of issue
- Ensure all staffs are well-trained through quality training and assessment
B) DENTISTS
- Ensure proper dental support to the dentists.
- Gather regular feedback from dentists regarding all kinds of issue and take the necessary actions
- Ensure dentists have the best available material and equipment support to carry out their clinical works
C) RECEPTION
- Ensure the standard service procedures are carried out
- Ensure all phone calls are answered promptly and executing the standard procedures
- Ensure payment and refund policies are strictly adhered to
- Handling of walk-in and emergency patients
- Managing of patients’ appointments and minimize any empty sessions
- Handling of feedbacks and customer service recovery
- Regularly gather feedbacks from patients
- Ensure the store front, counter area and waiting area are clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times
D) CLINICAL AREA
- Ensure the clinical areas are clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times
- Ensure zero lapse in hygiene and infection control standards
- Ensure all equipment and instruments are in good working condition
- Ensure all dentistry material are sufficient and not in excess stock
- Ensure the proper waste management procedures are carried out
- Minimize the wastages of material and all expensed items
- Ensure the proper use of all utilities (Electricity and Water) in the clinic
E) ADMINISTRATIVE
- Ensure all the licences and service contracts required for clinic operations are renewed promptly
- Managing of clinic’s petty cash expenses and ensure accurate records of all petty cash claims
- Ensure accurate records of daily takings
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of Medisave and any third-party services provider
- Ensure proper procedure in handling cash and adhere to bank-in policy
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of monthly sales report to HQ
- Billing other tenants for their portion of Utilities Bill (If necessary)
F) MANAGEMENT
- Ensure 2-way communication between management and staffs
- Support and execute projects initiated by the management
- Works closely with the management to carry out her duties and responsibilities
- Gather feedback and information from the ground and suggest solutions
- Regularly propose new ideas to improve the company in various aspects
- Assist in planning, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures
- Conduct regular analysis of the clinic’s business and propose ways to improve it
- Managing of all controllable costs including staff cost, utilities and material
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are being executed
G) OTHERS
- Undertake the duties and responsibilities as a dental assistant or receptionist
- Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the management of the Company
Leadership, Functional Competencies, Professional License
- Able to supervise and manage a team of at least 5 staff
- Has initiative to undertake projects to improve the clinic
- Good team player who is mature, organised, reliable, responsible and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and Interpersonal relationship skills
- 1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- 2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Shift A: 5 Days (with 1 day on a weekend) OR
Shift B: 5.5 Days (with 1 or ½ day on a weekend)
