We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role you will provide high energy, proactive and efficient senior administrative support. This position is critical to enabling this executive to be as efficient and effective as possible in their role, and to maintaining a well-run team and a positive and productive team working environment. The key to success in supporting teams with different needs is the person’s ability to be flexible depending on the service you are providing. The position will require exceptional organizational, administrative, and people skills, as well as critical thinking to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.


What you will do in this role:


  • Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend leadership meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions and log items.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating team events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Support team communications and execute internal communications initiatives.
  • Maintain SharePoint Site for team files and improve file management efficiency.
  • Submit executive expenses in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Coordinate office moves and ensure up-to-date distribution lists.
  • Contribute to special projects, events, and corporate initiatives as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate executive 1:1 meetings during major events.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting annual large-scale events.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is

  • Experience in executive administrative support positions, preferably in technology companies.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and common sense.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels.
