Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure superior member experience at the Front Office when members or visitors check into
our space
2. Represent our Brand and service ethos while acting as the first point of contact for all clients and
visitors providing a professional & friendly service.
3. Maintain front office digital reports for audit and compliance purposes
4. Assist in meeting room management, operations, and other community tasks as assigned
5. Manage member service desk, member helpline, emails, and WhatsApp to provide an excellent
Customer Experience
6. Onboarding new members on Nexudus (Our space management tool)
7. Guiding members on all relevant policies/house rules of The Circle
8. Visitor management, daily reporting
9. Assisting members in a friendly and professional manner
10. Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning in maintaining front office area
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or business
- 2 -5 years of related experience
Preferred Skills
- Having worked in a service industry preferably hotel/airline
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
- An effective team player with a strong work ethic
- Should be from a hospitality background or has similar experience
- Should have good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Should be good in building & maintaining relationships with clients

Salary: ₹420,000.00 per year
