Responsibilities

Perform full cycle recruitment process including onboarding/offboarding, training and development, and other HR functions.
Manage and improve Learning and Development processes.
Develop and manage all L&D programs across the organisation (including training plan and budget).
Liaie with all training providers and vendors for Employee Engagement.
Manage employee induction, orientation, retention, and internship programs.

Requirements

Possess relevant qualifications in Human Resources or similar fields of studies.
Candidates with experience in Learning and Development functions will have an added advantage.
