The Organisational Development Program has an opportunity within our People Partner and Transformation function. Successful candidates will have a track record in understanding the complexities of, and delivering high quality outcomes within, a specialist and operational environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills underpinned by a customer-centric approach are a must.
The People Partner (Partners) acts as a strategic and operational specialist by embedding Organisational Development (OD) approaches and providing guidance in the effective management of the employee life-cycle. Partners have a focus on ensuring operational excellence, endurance and compliance on a day to day basis. Partners work closely with senior leaders to build capacity and knowledge of Bureau HR policies and practice and enable the delivery of the Bureau's Strategy 2022 – 2027.
Partners work with relevant Groups and Programs under the direction of the OD Leadership Team and exercise independent judgement, influence change, makes decisions and provide expert HR advice and guidance.
