Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle clients' travel inquiries and requests via phone, email and Zoom Calls
- Understand clients' travel requirements and propose suitable itineraries at competitive prices.
- Provide timely information on visa requirements and assist clients with applications.
- Ensure accuracy in processing all travel documentation, including quotations, ticket issuance, and billings.
- Maintain and update corporate client profiles in our system.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and support.
- Build and sustain excellent working relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Poly-holder/Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management are welcome to apply.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.
- Advanced Amadeus/Galileo knowledge and experience are desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of holiday package curation processes and industry best practices.
- Strong command of English (mandatory), Mandarin (preferred), and additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and think creatively.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
