Responsibilities
- Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints thru social media platform.
- Follow up existing customers and potential customers.
- Assist in online sales progress during live session.
- Assist in product packaging and product delivery.
- Assist in the boutique when needed.
- Achieved sales targets.
- Prepare daily call report, weekly work plan and monthly sales report.
- Key in detail customers into the system.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree with related sales & marketing experience.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills.
- Result oriented, analytical, resourceful, self-motivated
- Independent and good time management skills.
- Expert in handling social media platforms.
- Able to host and conduct live streaming on social media.
