We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with property management tasks, including conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities to maintain properties in excellent condition
Support the procurement by understanding and documenting specifications and by finding the right products and services negotiate prices, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery
Run errands to support any ongoing operations or general facility maintenance
Maintain a highly detailed record of the evolution, details and current status of all assigned tasks
Meet the given timelines consistently, while addressing any challenges that may arise
Manage supplier communication in a profession and very timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, operations, or a related field
Driving license / excellent driving skills and willingness to drive to perform tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to implement business excellence initiatives successfully
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Previous experience in procurement, property management, or construction-related roles is preferred
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
