JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES EXECUTIVE:- FREIGHT FORWARDING (ONLY)

PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPAY (SEA/AIR/LAND).

· Capable of independently handling existing clients requirements & expanding new business.

· Sales force, you possess a strong knowledge and network in the region.

· Highly motivated by challenges, your negotiation skills and your ability to close deals will be essential in achieving your goals.

· Should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and Good analytical skills

· Proven track record of sales in a similar role in freight forwarding industry

· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

· Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans

· Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

Skill qualification and requirements

· In depth knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations

· Shipping line experience will be an advantage.

· New customers leading to new business

· Ensure enough commercial visits have been done to generate business.

· Possess continuous drive to (further) develop sales activities.

· Meeting Sales Goals

· Market Knowledge

· Sales Planning

· Negotiation

· Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints maintaining good sales and service.
