General Clerk [Malaysia]


 

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for weighing in and out all delivery trucks and coordinating with customers on all matters pertaining to the dispatching of our products to the job site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations of weighbridge systems and ensuring that all lorries are weighed upon entering and exiting the facility in compliance with company requirements.
  • Accurately key in new and update existing relevant data into the system within the stipulated timeline.
  • Responsible for the reporting of events such as breaches of rules & regulations, acts of dishonesty, malpractice, or corruption by any member of the public, visitor to the site, or member of staff.
  • Assist in providing solutions for vehicles pertaining to delivery and collection of goods, e.g., late delivery and reporting schedule.
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety measures are adhered to at the weighbridge facility, including the compliance of Personal Protective Equipment and advise them accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Basic written communication in Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • Intermediate verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • Candidate must have basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be willing to work for overtime.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Experiences

  • Working experience in quarrying related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements for Skills

  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination
  • Dependability, ability to follow directions, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work (multi-tasking)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
