Job Role:
Maintain P2P streamlines activity coordination, including vendor reconciliation, month end closing, periodic account reconciliation, etc.
Act as the primary point of contact for any direct contact request or escalation from the end users
Remotely monitor the P2P BPO performance on daily basis (Gulf MCO)
Identify wrong practices as per DTPs and escalate for correction/follow-up
Be in ease to interact with multiple stakeholders for solutions or project matter related.
Ability to backup project team and to guide/provide guidance or data extract, along project’s needs.
Position requirements:
Strong knowledge of SAP/FI for A/P
Strong accounting background: account maintenance and closing activities
Being able to deliver and solve under stress or urgent requests
Had managed teams, ideally in a remote configuration
Easy understanding of RACI models as well as Root Cause Analysis principles, for identified issues as well as continuous improvement matters
