Your Responsibilities At C&A

The Lead Coworker Engagement is responsible for leading our internal communications team. In this role you will:- Implement our internal communication strategy in alignment with the Corporate Communications Strategy
- Develop, create, manage, and implement internal communications campaigns across various channels (print, digital, intranet, videos, one pagers, newsletter, co-worker magazine, events etc.) to keep all co-workers informed, motivated, and inspired
- Lead and coordinate the international hybrid-based team (based in Southern Europe, CEE, Germany and Benelux locations)
- Delegate and distribute topics within the team
- Provide regular feedback and personal development opportunities for team members
- Ensure team performance and ongoing implementation of an editorial calendar, including content planning and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish, expand, and effectively utilize a solid network with important internal stakeholders (management, heads of departments, works councils, legal, etc.)
- Consult and support the EU MT, Local Leadership Teams, and all leaders with communication activities (strategies, preparations for Group-wide meetings, letters, presentations, speeches, etc.)
- Gather feedback and input from all Hubs and market organizations, fostering bottom-up communication
- Resolve communications crises quickly and work closely with the Management Team, External Affairs, and Fashion PR
What We Expect Of You
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in internal communications, from an agency or an internal communications function
- Solid leadership experience, ideally within an international hybrid team environment
- Ability to prioritize the needs of customers/co-workers in the realm of internal communications whilst being consultative
- High degree of agility and willingness to both adapt and shape cultural and organizational changes
- Result-oriented and reliable work approach with a strong team player mindset
- Excellent, open, and clear communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in English
