THE ROLE

As a Content Manager (and part of our customer acquisition team), you will be responsible for creating, optimizing and high-quality SEO content for our sites and other channels in German-speaking market. You will also play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy in the German-speaking markets (DACH). You will be responsible for ensuring that content aligns with our brand voice, captures our audience's attention, and drives engagement.Inspiring healthier enjoyment has never been more important, and this is central to our work at Haypp Group. SEO and content are a vital part of our work at Haypp, especially as we operate in a regulated category. In order to help us excel in this mission, you will be working closely with other functions (such as PR, Paid Marketing and CRM to name a few), but will be working on helping us scale our content operations and helping us spread our mission further. As of now we are operating on 8 different markets but intend to expand into further markets and encourage healthier enjoyment in more regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with our team of content managers to develop our content strategy that supports our marketing and business objectives across all market
- Create and execute a local content strategy in collaboration with other departments (such as local business units, PR, CRM) based on the higher level content strategy.
- Project manage content on our DACH sites, from ideation to publication.
- Generate written SEO content and relevant graphic assets in German for our DACH sites. This includes on page content such as brand pages, landing pages and sub pages, as well as editorial content for the blog.
- Collaborate with other units in the customer acquisition team (such as SEO and Paid Marketing specialists) as well as across functions (such as PR, local business unit managers and legal)
- Track and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement on all our DACH sites.

Successful candidates also meets the following requirements:
- Native German, with excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English (you must have English as a working proficiency, as this is the company language).
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with SEO content and/or content production
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools, such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs
- Experience with design tools (such as Adobe Suite)
- Experience working with CMS systems (such as Easyfy or Magento)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently, but also have strong collaboration skills.
- Cultural understanding and market knowledge of German-speaking markets.

- Fluency in one of our other market languages (other than German and English)
