$55k to $60k plus super Full time – Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm. Full training provided and other benefits.

About the role
The ideal person for this role will be someone who loves to deliver great service to customers all day long. You will be organised, friendly and enjoy the variety that a customer service role brings. This role would suit someone who has worked at a retail outlet where across the counter services such as money transfer, postage and bill payments is part of the service offering. There is also a Lotto Desk as part of the service offering. Full Training and support is provided. A great salary package, friendly culture and being part of a team with social outings is on offer.


Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years in a customer service role
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Enjoy daily repetitive tasks that are e
  • Experience working for AusPost, a bank, other customer service desk role is a bonus.
  • QLD Drivers License
  • Excellent communication skills
