We are looking for a dynamic People Coordinator to join our People team in The Netherlands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will work with the People Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll / People Admin / Coordination
- Working alongside a third party payroll provider to complete the payroll processing cycle monthly (submission through to approval)
- Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of employee data for payroll purposes - inclusive of logging / tracking information monthly for additions, deductions etc.
- Providing first line people query support through the management of the Greetz people team mailbox
- Administration of company benefits. Inclusive of pension etc.
- Organize and host the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a warm welcome to our new colleagues
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports in line with requirements
- Raising POs and processing invoices
- Assisting the People team with strategic projects and engagement activities
- Comms, Engagement & ESG:
- Support the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager with the roll out of internal communications across Moonpig Group - specifically within the Netherlands and Greetz
- Support engagement, wellbeing and ESG activities at Greetz
- Local management of the matched funding process, give as you earn and charity match.
You'll be a great addition to the People Team if you have:
- Fluent or intermediate in both English and Dutch required
- Experience working with third party payroll providers
- A solid background working as People/HR Coordinator
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple activities
- Ability to use varying HR systems
- Pragmatic approach to delivering solutions in response to business needs
- Proven ability to adapt and be agile in an evolving and scaling organisation
- Data focussed. Inclusive of process management in line with reporting requirements as well as the ability to review and explain the data for action and with a solution focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Great sense of humour, empathy, creative yet pragmatic
