We are currently seeking candidates for our Frankfurt or Berlin offices, starting as soon as possible.


Your Responsibilities

  • Support the executive level, particularly the Chief Operating Officer, in day-to-day administrative, organizational, or strategic tasks
  • Conduct independent research, prepare and analyze information for decision-making purposes
  • Prepare and organize documents related to board meetings
  • Project management in the areas of corporate organization and the optimization of structures and processes
  • Support in the area of mergers and acquisitions
  • Create and manage reports, analyses, and presentations for the executive level
  • Plan, organize, and follow up on international meetings and events

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed university degree, for example in the fields of business, , social sciences, law, political science, general administration, or a comparable qualification, or alternatively, vocational training in office management with relevant professional experience
  • Full proficiency in using all common MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong empathy and ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with international teams
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to present complex issues concisely, clearly, and tailored to the audience, both orally and in writing
  • Organizational talent, confidentiality, loyalty, flexibility, and a high willingness to travel describe you
  • You enjoy co-establishing new structures and bring along a proactive approach
