Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts including daily data entry into Accounting System.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing.
- Verify supplier invoices and staff claim before processing payment.
- Responsible for month end closing and analysis of variance explanation.
- Assist in maintaining proper filling system and documentation within the company.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary when necessary.
- To perform other assignments as assigned by superior.
- Coordinate in preparing financial forecast, budgets and cash flow management.
- Assess the viability of business proposals, profitability and financial projections.
- Monitor and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance in accordance with relevant legislation.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline
- Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
