Front Desk Associate [Malaysia]


 The Support Service is the frontline for all tenants within the facility. Responsible for handling a wide range of sales, administrative and will be responsible for on-site support. Primary point of contact for coordination of all technology, equipment and other shared office services. Qualified candidates must be able to perform under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with high level of professionalism and confidentiality. DUTIES 1. Fosters an entrepreneurial culture within the organisation. 2. Responsible for the facility on a daily basis, including opening and closing of the building and program setup and teardown. 3. Greet guests and walk-in who come in for tours and schedule the tours. 4. Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently. 5. Assisting in the registration of new tenants and maintaining the database of existing members. 6. Assist with move in and move out. 7. Conducts membership orientations, prepare documents, keys and IT related configurations (wifi & printer driver installation). 8. Attend to the needs of the tenants by providing and exceptional level of hospitality. 9. Events planning & execution - ensure the event space is all prepped and assist with event logistics. 10. Work closely with maintenance team to ensure all maintenance works are done without any disruption to our tenants. 11. Deliver timely results of scheduled tasks and coordinate with various team members. 12. Assist with all sales force reporting processes including leads, intakes, connections, opportunities and any additional task as assigned by supervisor. 13. Maintain the general upkeep of the building in term of cleanliness and security. REQUIREMENTS 1. Open to fresh graduates or at least a minimum of 1 year experience in related working environment will be an added advantage. 2. Sales oriented with great hospitality nature. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team. 5. Able to work independently but within strategic framework. 6. Must be efficient at utilising computer-based tools to accomplish tasks (i.e Calendar & E-mail via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
