The role
As a manufacturing production coordinator, you will be responsible for your own factories and their products, the production cycle, and keeping direct communication with fabric producers and garment manufacturers. You need to plan and monitor your production next to being accountable for the quality of your factory output. The main goal will ultimately be to create the most effective production process for different stakeholders.

Your typical week includes:
- Daily intercultural communication with suppliers
- Follow up production planning (of your factories)
- Safeguarding fabric and product deadlines
- Product order management
- Communicate order with correct details and sizing
- Updating systems to reflect the reality of the production output
- including updating stakeholders on any major changes
- Support the production manager in projects and optimising work output
This job might be for you if you have:
- Starting experience (0 - 2 years) in buying and/or production (clothing, accessories or shoes)
- Time management skills
- Huge eye for detail
- Problem-solving mindset
