The Opportunity:

You will be part of the Workplace Experience Team, a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding physical office spaces fit for a hybrid workforce as well as a great cultural experiences, in and out of the office. We provide services & support for every employee and department across over 50 offices around the world. A core part of the Workplace Team is managing the administration & procurement for office facilities, services and other areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of procurement and administrative projects. You will serve a pivotal role in ensuring that vendors are managed effectively, budgets are managed efficiently, and the Workplace Team can continue to scale services and products for Agoda.

In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Manage the purchase workflow for services and products.
  • Process purchase order, handle invoice payments
  • Handling the preparation and processing of expense reports.
  • Manage setting up new vendors, contracts, and payments
  • Support the team in budgeting and forecasting of OPEX and CAPEX works
  • Provide excellent facilities support to employees/colleagues with prompt response and follow up
  • Contribute to team efforts by performing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Manage administrative duties & operation tasks, create reports, and maintain accurate records & proper documentation including policies & procedures, manuals, and reports
  • Support Procurement Manager in process improvement, designing & implementing new workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Performs other related duty deadline-oriented assigned.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in accounting, finance business administrationor a similar field.
  • 3-6 years of work experience in procurement, accounting, or related fields
  • Experience in procurement including purchasing and invoicing processes
  • Experience with at least one common ERP application would be beneficial (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.)
  • Communicable English & Excellent Thai verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-driven and strong analytics skills.
  • Willing to assume challenges and increase responsibility
  • Ability to work well with people in a highly multi-cultural environment

It's Great if you have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Inventory Management
