In your new role you will:

  • Support and setup Project Management tools (Sharepoint, Confluence, Tableau, ...)
  • Collect project information for automatized reporting
  • Analyze data with tools such as Excel or Tableau, take over research activities and evaluate background material
  • Develop and optimize templates, documents and reporting as well as contribute in automating above tasks as much as possible

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

You successfully meet the requirements if you are an ambitious and committed student from the field of Business Informatics , Software Engineering , Business Administration or similar and are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Knowledge in Project Management tools (Sharepoint, Tableau, Confluence) as a plus
  • Programming skills as a plus
  • A self-motivated & proactive working style
  • The ability to be a good team player and the willingness to work in an international team
  • Good German and English skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf).
