Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for complaints and Follow ups
- Help sales team with the documentation work
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Assist in clerical and administrative operation
- Handle document control, distribution, filing and documentation, and drawings, both hard copy and softcopy, both incoming and outgoing.
- Handle incoming mails
- Control the issue and the receipt of documents and drawings by cataloging and indexing
- Attend to all incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate persons. Ensure all messages are delivered immediately.

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
