Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and Follow ups
  • Help sales team with the documentation work
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Assist in clerical and administrative operation
  • Handle document control, distribution, filing and documentation, and drawings, both hard copy and softcopy, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Handle incoming mails
  • Control the issue and the receipt of documents and drawings by cataloging and indexing
  • Attend to all incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate persons. Ensure all messages are delivered immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
