Are you a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in eCommerce? Join EPAM Vietnam today! As the Lead Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization's success by driving the analysis and documentation of business processes, user stories and requirements gathering. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and analyzing problems, ensuring that our solutions align with the needs of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements
• Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and define user stories
• Create and maintain business process documentation
• Analyze and define problems for the engineering team
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create front-end and back-end backlog
• Ensure that the backlog is prioritized and aligned with business goals
• Use tools like Office, Jira/Confluence etc., to manage the backlog and track progress
• Promote modernization to new ways of working by being well aware of automation, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud etc

WHAT YOU HAVE

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing with a strong background in eCommerce
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate collaboration and provide consulting services
• Comprehensive knowledge of the 2-speed IT model
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools like Office, Jira/ Confluence, etc
• Familiarity with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud technologies and other modernization initiatives
