We’re currently looking for people with previous retail or merchandising experience to join our team – merchandising in Big W stores and Independent Supermarkets.
Hours
The hours offered are flexible, we are currently offering between 5 – 10 hours per week.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Building promotional displays
- Maintaining current displays
- Pre-sell promotions
- Introduce and cut new lines into shelf
- Implement planograms or planogram changes
- Responsible for the marketing of the companies particular products within the store
- Must be prepared to work in a competitive environment that is driven by sales quotas
- Monitor inventory levels versus sales to determine how much more product needs to be ordered
Skills, Requirements and Experience
- Reliable car, current drivers licence and mobile phone
- Knowledge of the independent supermarket business
- Excellent communication skills
