Millia Cosmetics Group based in Sharjah is looking for an Office Administrator.
Female only.
Fresher or Experienced.
Willing to relocate or work in Sharjah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
Prepare communications, such as memos, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Provide general support to visitors
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
