Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Brief


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Sales Support role. This position entails conducting research, managing CRM data, and providing essential support to our sales team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales efforts through research, data management, and efficient coordination. Your proficiency in Pipedrive, strong communication skills, and ability to create standardised operating procedures (SOPs) will be vital in improving our sales processes and overall business success.



Requirements


  • Previous experience in a sales support or similar role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using Pipedrive for CRM management is highly advantageous.

  • Strong research skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.

  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to immerse yourself in the business and contribute proactively.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage data and tasks efficiently.

  • Proven ability to create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to ad hoc tasks.



Responsibilities


  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.

  • Utilise Pipedrive to manage and organise lead data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Perform data entry tasks to input leads' information into the CRM system.

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritise leads and allocate research efforts effectively.

  • Generate reports by extracting data from Pipedrive to provide insights and trends.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the sales team as required.

  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales support processes.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a streamlined sales process.

  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions with valuable insights and suggestions.


Time Zone: Australian Business Hours


Applicant Location: Must be Filipinos living in the Philippines
