We're looking for a Development Manager (Full-Stack Developer) with a special focus on Gaming and experience leading small teams. Someone with a passion for writing code and solving technical bugs.
Required qualifications:
- More than 2 years of full-stack development experience
- Experience developing large enterprise applications using Typescript / Javascript (Vue), react native and Golang, python.
- Experience building/maintaining APIs
- Experience with two SQL databases (Mysql preferred)
- Familiar with using version control tools such as Git and IDEs such as Android Studio and VS Code.
- Learn about Rest API, GraphQL and how to build integrations with various APIs from third parties.
- Comfortably use test cases to debug code, improve performance and reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will work with a team of developers to build powerful enterprise software. Blockchain, AI
- You will be involved in the decision-making process around technology stacks, micro service architectures and technical specifications.
- You will actively participate in writing readable and clear code that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.
- You will share feedback and brainstorm ideas with product owners and other stakeholders.
- Understand the basic design concepts for developing user-friendly applications.
- Learn about the latest technology.
-Manage and lead a team of full-stack developers, including both front-end and back-end developers.
-Responsible for project requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and online implementation, ensuring product quality.
-Guide the team in maintaining and improving the performance of existing software.
-Prioritize tasks based on company needs and team capacity.
-Act as a communication bridge between the team and stakeholders.
-Report on project status and development to upper management.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in development.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
-Experience in back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python).
-Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
-Prior experience in football game development is a must.
-Good problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both the development team and business stakeholders.
-Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
