What will I be doing?

- Lead a team of 30-50 to perform finance shared services covering Order to Cash (OTC), delivering accounting
- Facilitate stakeholder management by ensuring service level agreement with FSSC hotels are met and building
- Develop domain expertise driving better risks and process improvement opportunity identification, keep
- Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active
- Leverage business and accounting principles and practices for the review and analysis of financial
- Hire and train the team, ensure the process team is staffed with right talents, develop team and execute an
- Responsible for performance management and disciplinary actions for direct reports
- Reasonable for attrition rate
- Identify and drive standardization and simplification across hotels for OTC process to enable shared
- Implement digital solutions to support shared services platform and drive operational excellence
- Manage operation rhythms for OTC process that drive appropriate oversight and smart decision making within
- Promote a collaborative culture that amplifies best practices and knowledge sharing across different teams
- Support group audit services and analytics as needed to identify and mitigate financial risks
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Finance or Accounting
- 8-9 years of progressive experience in finance, controllership, operations roles
- Strong controllership and accounting background, CPA certified preferred
- 3-5 yrs of experience in leading a big team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
- Able to manage in a matrixed organization
- Proven change agent with simplification and process improvement skills
