- Check periodically with all office bearers has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
- Supervise the House keeping activities and daily logs of support staff.
- Time office management and report to be sent to HR periodically
- Monitor the stock and order office stationary supplies
- Incoming and outgoing office / stationary/ phone calls/ Fax (If any)visitor registers
- Booking conference hall and other discussion rooms.
- Set the meeting place right as per the culture of organisation.
- Manage and monitor all display material and the office premises right at all time.
- Collaborate with all department heads for the necessary arrangements in event of welfare activity.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
