Qualitest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced University Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a strategic plan for university partnerships * Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities * Negotiate and finalize partnership areas with academic institutions * Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives * Manage and maintain relationships with university partners * Promote the company's brand and reputation to key stakeholders in the industrial academic community * Plan and prepare company's involvement in conferences and other events * Prepare reports and presentations on partnership activities * PhD Education * 5+ years of experience in university partnerships or a related field * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong academic capabilities * Excellent English
