Part-time JOB DESCRIPTION
BAKE Cheese Tart a.k.a Japanese mini cheese cake brand is looking for part-time staff at Westfield Century City Mall. This is our second location in US, and we are looking for great people to support our brand and expansion!!
JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for serving of merchandise while providing excellent customer service. Our product line up is Cheese Tart, Soft serve, Fruits parfait, Butter Sand, etc.
- Educate customers on the history and origin of Bake Cheese Tart and our special designer collaborated merchandise line ups.
- Maintain set standards of product quality, service and cleanliness

Sales and Customer service Answer telephone and face-to-face customer queries politely
- Report all customer complaints to the manager on duty
- Respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
- Sell and serve merchandise to customers
Store Operations Replenish necessary items at various work stations constantly Report employee accidents and potential safety hazards to the Manager on duty

- Routinely clean the counter area, floor, trash, etc.
- Run errands as and when needed
- Work on special events as needed
Employee Development Maintain a high level of motivation to ensure quality and consistent product are delivered * Maintain positive company morale
Store Presentation Keep counter and shelves clean and dust free at all times Maintain dry and litter free floors
- * Provide a warm and inviting environment
REQUIREMENTS No experience is required, as training is provided * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean and hygienic in food handling
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace work environment
- Hours per week: 10-35hr
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.78 - $25.00 per hour
