Alturos Destinations provides with its solutions a perfect digital customer lifecycle management of a destination and supports the sale of touristic services & products. As market leader in the Alps we are a loyal companion with the planning and realization of digitalization strategies. Due to several new and innovative projects, we want to strengthen our team in Klagenfurt, Götzis oder Switzerland.
Your tasks:
- Design and implement AI driven business methods for the Alturos Destination-OS technology stack.
- Fine-tune LLMs to develop private models tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Develop procedures to generate trusted content from untrusted sources, collaborating with domain experts for content validation.
- Design, build, and maintain data warehouses for efficient data access and analysis.
- Carry out ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to feed data into warehouses.
- Use data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI to create reports and dashboards that provide insightful business intelligence.
- Develop and analyse e-commerce KPIs and optimise for improved performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Your profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or alternative education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree or alternative education preferred.
- Proven experience with Language Learning Models, specifically OpenAI’s ChatGPT or similar models.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language with experience in using Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and experience in data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs to develop proprietary models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, Microsoft Power BI would be prefered.
- Experience with the automation of data processing pipelines, Apache Airflow would be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Knowledge in e-commerce, including understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimization methods.
For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 3.910,- per month (full time – 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience!
