Telecommunication Technicians
Due to the growth and expansion of our business, NZ Fibre Limited is looking for 2 self-motivated and experienced Telecommunication Technicians to join our busy and enthusiastic team, working as an integral part of the growth and ongoing success of our thriving business. The positions to work in Auckland Region.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Install Data Cabling, Network Outlet, Network Outlet terminations, Install New Network Patch Panels
- Plan and design the networks to undertake the MDU projects
- Fibre splicing, fibre blowing, and termination in patch panels
- Rectify, replace, and repair faulty items, examine drawings, specifications, and work areas to determine positioning and connections.
- Install, maintain and repair electronic communications equipment. Update and maintain existing equipment
- Test equipment, troubleshoot and find system faults
Requirements:
- have at least 1 years of relevant work experience on a similar role
- Be prepared to work on different sites each day and travel extensively
- Ability to multi-task; Being fit, energetic, reliable with an exceptional work ethic
- Be able to self manage but also work well in a team

This role is a full time and permanent role, offering a guaranteed 30 working hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
