Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Feishu's mid-stage capacity building, including related open platform portals and frameworks, basic libraries, SDKs, etc. 2. Continuously optimize the existing system and product architecture, and promote account numbers, permissions, and organizational structures, etc. Centralization of the business, improving the capabilities and efficiency of the middle office 3. Continuously optimize the existing technology structure and R&D process to ensure the quality and efficiency of the team's engineering.

Qualifications

1. Have good insight and be able to improve our product experience by introducing new technologies, analyzing and researching excellent products in the industry, etc. 2. Familiar with the system features of Windows, Linux, and Mac and have a background in related security products, able to guide C++ 3. Can be independently responsible for one direction, do a good job in project management and daily team management, and do a good job in planning and expected management 4 1. Have some experience in solving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility issues and front-end performance optimization 5. Master at least one of the mainstream frameworks of React/Vue/Angular, and understand the ideas behind the framework 6. Understand engineering ideas, have Good system module design ability 7. Experience in cross-platform development (Hybrid, React, Native, Mini Program, Server, etc.) is preferred.
