The Senior Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment & Advisory team is responsible for client inquiries relating to inbound investment, data centres, large mixed-use developments, land disposal and acquisition, and alternative asset classes.Job Description
To be the main point of contact in the C&W Thailand business for client inquiries relating to inbound investment, data centres, large mixed-use developments, and alternative asset classes
Maintain critical understanding of the real estate market, target groups and personas, ever- changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefield’s investor client community. Provide analysis and expert advice as and when reasonably required by external and internal C&W stakeholders
To provide investment support to clients from acquisitions to disposals, feasibility studies and fair market value analysis and BOV as and when required.
Advise clients on a wide range of real estate needs, such as market entry considerations, portfolio analysis, local regulations, and land use policy
To provide transactional support to regional/global C&W Transaction Managers and/or C&W global clients in these markets within Thailand
To produce or contribute to any global, regional, or local reports or thought leadership pieces as and when required
Proactively promote the C&W business in Thailand through networking and business development
To actively pursue revenue opportunities in any of these markets and to meet annual revenue targets as agreed with Line Manager annually
Lead local team member on Thailand transaction enquiries relating to acquisitions and disposals
Represent the C&W Thailand business on strategic pitches and market update presentations to large client groups
Coordinate with key local service lines to support client deliverables and key accounts
Provide corporate advisory services to strategic global and local accounts across a range of property types
Requirements
At least 3 years working in a similar capacity, within the real estate sector, preferably with a large consultancy firm.
Confident and team-oriented individual capable of handling a varied workload
Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record resulting in strong client deliverables
Fluency in Thai language with good written and spoken English
