Clinical 24 are currently seeking applications from Support Workers interested in joining a team. The position requires a high degree of understanding and commitment to the individual service users and their families. The prime consideration at all times must be the interests and well-being of the individuals availing of our service. The ideal candidate will support individuals to live their best lives while supporting them to achieve their goals and promote independence and integration within the community. It's a really rewarding position as you make a huge difference to the life of an individual and their family.
Contract Type: This is a relief contract based on return of hours.
Contract Hours: Variable up to 35 hours p/w
Salary Scale: €17.77 - 37.15 per hour
Essential Criteria:
- Appropriate QQI Level 5 Major award in childcare qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Driving License
- Have a genuine passion for working with service users with intellectual disabilities
- Flexible and willing to work shifts to meet the needs of the service
