Our client is a SGX listed Company, one of the most established pioneers in the Medical industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Customer Service Admin to be part of their Admin team. They are located in the North - easily accessible.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
  • Main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office building management
  • Other ad-hoc duties apply

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
