We are calling all experienced call centre agents to join our WINNING team,we are recruiting on our Cartrack campaign.
Requirements
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Strong communication skills / Cold calling
- 1/2 Years Call centre experience
- clear understanding of a contact centre environment
- Minimum of 2-3 year’s sales/telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre (Required).
- Strictly cold calling with Tracking experience (CARTRACK/MATRIX)
Our remuneration structure consists of :
- Basic salary
- Commission
- Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From R4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
